One desk for every portal your IA firm works.
blnd gives the firm one workspace. Assignments from every carrier and IA portal arrive in a shared inbox, the desk assigns them across your appraisers, and each case gets a drafted estimate file you can import into CCC ONE. Your appraiser reviews it, approves it, and it goes back to the claim.
No card for the trial. Invite your team when you are ready.

How an IA firm runs on blnd
Your firm already juggles several carriers, several portals and a team in the field. blnd puts all of it behind one login per person, and leaves every decision with your appraisers.
- 1
One workspace for the firm
The owner sets up the firm's workspace and invites the desk and the appraisers. Everyone signs in as themselves, with a role: owner, admin or member.
- 2
Every portal, connected once
Connect each portal account the firm takes work from. New assignments are pulled in with the assignment sheet, notes and photos, each labelled with the portal it came from.
- 3
The desk assigns, appraisers pick up
Admins assign or reassign any case to an appraiser. Appraisers can take an unassigned case themselves and filter the inbox down to their own.
- 4
A draft estimate, written your firm's way
blnd drafts the estimate from the photos and notes. You get a file you can import into CCC ONE, plus a PDF on your letterhead.
- 5
The appraiser reviews, approves, and it goes back
The appraiser checks the draft and finishes it in the estimating system as usual. On approval, blnd uploads the estimate to the claim it came from, and records who approved it and when.
Roles that match how a firm is run
Three roles, so the desk can run the queue without handing every appraiser the keys to the workspace.
Invitations, role changes and case assignments are each written to the workspace audit log with who made them.
Owner
The firm principal
- Everything an admin can do
- Transfer ownership of the workspace
- Remove admins
Admin
The desk, the office manager
- Invite people and change their roles
- Assign and reassign any case
- Set the firm's letterhead
Member
Staff and field appraisers
- Work the firm's shared inbox
- Take an unassigned case with one click
- Filter the inbox to their own cases
- Review drafts and approve uploads
Your firm's portal accounts, under your control
Portal accounts carry your firm's client relationships and your insureds' data. blnd is built so the worst it can do on its own is read, and nothing reaches a claim without a person on your team.
Need a security questionnaire or a data processing agreement for a carrier client? Ask us.
Portal logins encrypted
Each portal password is sealed with AES-256-GCM before it is stored, and only decrypted inside the job that signs in.
Read-only by default
blnd reads assignments, notes and photos. It does not accept or decline work, change a status, or message carriers, shops or insureds.
A person approves every upload
The estimate reaches the claim only after someone on your team approves it, case by case. Each approval is logged with who and when.
Assignments on the record
Every assign and reassign is written to the case's history, so the desk can see who has which file and how it got there.
Your firm's own workspace
Cases, files and connections belong to your workspace, and every query is scoped to it.
A spend cap you set
Files above your plan bill automatically, never past the monthly cap an admin sets in billing.
Disconnect any time
Disconnecting a portal deletes its stored credentials immediately. Estimate files stay yours to download.
It sits alongside the systems you already run
blnd is not another management system to migrate to, and it does not replace your estimating platform. It takes the portal busywork and the first draft off your team's plate, and hands the file to the tools you already trust.
Where the work comes from
Carrier and IA portals
The portals your clients dispatch through.
VistaClaim, ACD Clarity, IAnet, Doan, HEA Appraisal, Legacy Claims Services, SCA Appraisal, ClaimLeader, ClaimSolution.
- Signs in to each portal and pulls new assignments
- Answers emailed sign-in codes from a connected Gmail
- One inbox, assigned across the team
- Drafts the estimate file and the PDF
- Uploads to the claim once an appraiser approves
Where it stays as it is
Your estimating platform
The appraiser imports the file into CCC ONE, checks every line, adjusts what they see differently, and locks it there.
Your management system
Dispatch, scheduling, client billing and reporting stay in the system your firm already runs on.
Priced by estimate file, not by appraiser
Add every desk reviewer and field appraiser you have. The bill follows the files your firm writes, not the size of the team.
