What counts as an estimate file?
One case for which blnd writes an estimate: the importable file and its PDF. Assignments that arrive in your inbox but that you never ask blnd to estimate are free, and so are re-drafts of the same case.
What happens when I go over my plan?
Each file above your plan's included amount is billed at that plan's extra-file rate, on the same invoice at the end of the month. You never have to upgrade mid-month to keep working.
How does the spend cap work?
Set a dollar amount for extra files in billing settings. blnd never bills past it. When you get close, we email you so you can raise it or let the month finish.
What do I get in the free trial?
10 estimate files on any plan's features, with no card. Connect your portals, let real assignments come in, and see the files blnd writes before you pay anything.
How does annual billing work?
Pay for 10 months and get 12. Included files still reset monthly, and extra files are billed monthly as they happen.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes, any time from billing settings. Upgrades apply immediately and are prorated; downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the current period.
