Privacy Policy

Account information: your name, email address, company and billing details.

Connection information: the portal usernames and passwords, email authorization tokens and portal session data you provide so blnd can sign in for you.

Claim information: the assignment details, notes, photos and documents available to you in your connected portals, which can include personal information about insureds and vehicle owners.

Usage information: how you use blnd, collected to operate and improve the service.

To retrieve your assignments, prepare draft estimates, upload approved estimates, bill you, support you and keep the service secure. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use claim information for advertising.

If you connect an email account, blnd uses that access only to find the one-time sign-in codes that claims portals send, and to complete those sign-ins. We do not read, store or analyse other messages.

Credentials, tokens and session data are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM. Access to production systems is limited to staff who need it. Each workspace's data is isolated from every other workspace.

The claims portals you connect, when blnd acts on your instructions. Service providers that host, process, email or bill on our behalf under contracts that restrict their use of the data. Authorities, where the law requires it.

Disconnecting a portal or email account deletes its stored credentials. When you close your workspace, we delete its data within 30 days, except where we must keep records such as invoices for legal reasons.

You can access, export, correct or delete your information from the app or by writing to privacy@blnd.one. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the CCPA.
