Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between blnd ("blnd", "we") and the person or company that creates a blnd workspace ("you"). If you accept them for a company, you confirm you can bind that company.

blnd connects to claims portals and an email inbox that you authorize, retrieves the assignments available to you there, and produces draft estimate files and PDFs. With your approval, it uploads those files to the portal the assignment came from. A Chrome extension provides the same functions inside supported portal pages.

blnd is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or a partner of CCC Intelligent Solutions or any claims portal operator. Product names are used only to describe compatibility.

You may connect only portal and email accounts you are authorized to use, and you are responsible for complying with the terms those portals and their clients place on your use of them. You authorize blnd to sign in to the connected accounts on your behalf to perform the service.

You are responsible for activity in your blnd workspace and for keeping your blnd sign-in secure.

Files produced by blnd are drafts prepared to assist a qualified professional. You are responsible for reviewing, correcting and approving every estimate before it is submitted, and for the professional judgements it contains. blnd does not upload an estimate without your approval.

New workspaces receive 10 estimate files free, without a payment method. Paid plans include a monthly number of estimate files; files above that number are billed at your plan's per-file rate, up to the monthly spend cap you set. Annual plans are billed in advance.

Fees are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Do not use blnd to access accounts you are not authorized to use, to interfere with any portal's operation, to submit content you know to be false, or to resell the service without our written agreement.

You keep all rights in the claim data, photos and estimates in your workspace. You grant us the permissions needed to host and process them to provide the service. Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.

The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, blnd is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before it arose.

We may update these terms and will notify you of material changes by email or in the app before they take effect. Questions: legal@blnd.one.
